You are offered with my account feature, where you can register and maintain your orders at KF website. You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password in respect of the Store’s my account.

User confirms by registering on the website, that the use of the website shall be for their own use and not for any commercial use. User’s accesses right at the website cannot be assigned to any other person. Maintaining confidentiality of user ID and password to access the account page at the website shall be sole responsibility of the user and user shall be responsible and liable for any misuse of user id and password.

You can place orders for any of the products listed in the website. Acceptance of order is subject is both payment receipt and stock availability. KF however reserves its right to refuse to execute any transactions with any customer without disclosing any reasons whatsoever. Upon receiving the payment, an order number is auto generated and appears as a message at the end of payment processing. This will also be emailed to the ID provided by you at the time of entering the order. KF will initiate the non-COD order processing after payment confirmation, subject to stock availability at that point of time. All COD orders can be placed only after successful authentication with OTP.

KF will initiate processing your order upon payment confirmation for all non-COD orders. If there are any issues such as incomplete address, payment amount doesn’t tally with order value, stock not available for one or complete set of products ordered and any issues that could potentially delay the delivery, such orders will be notified to customers. Only upon resolving the issues, the order will be processed.

All online transactions will be routed through one of our payment gateway service provider/s. Upon successful transaction, the payment gateway service provider/s will collect and remit the money to KF. KF, upon receiving the payment confirmation from payment gateway service provider/s, will initiate order processing.

You can use various platforms made available to you, credit cards, debit cards, and netbanking, your information is secured through use of Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) technology. You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card used is lawfully owned or possessed by you and that you shall not pay or attempt to pay for Product(s) using fraudulent credit card information. KF confirms that it shall use reasonable measures to ensure security of the information and will not be shared with third parties, unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order.  KF shall not be liable for any credit card fraud.

KF will initiate the dispatch of products through courier. KF ensures to make required packaging to secure the product from transit damage, customer shall receive and accept the products as long as the ordered products are delivered without product physical damage to the original product packaging. Non-acceptance of goods for any reasons other than that stated will be considered as order cancellation and cancellation charges as applicable will be levied.

Courier will make three attempts to deliver the goods in a span of 4 days. If the customer or their nominee is not available, it will be treated as undeliverable and the courier service provider will initiate return of products to KF. In such a case the order will be automatically stands cancelled and will attract 5% of the order value (or) Rs.150/- whichever is higher (towards handling charges) as cancellation charge, the normal refund will be processed accordingly. In case, if this happens to the COD orders, KF have full rights to block the users from making any order at KF website.

Cash on Delivery, (“COD”), may be applicable for select products and not necessarily for all products. Orders placed on COD terms is accepted and processed in the good faith that the payment for the order amount will be made at the time of delivery in cash and accordingly the delivery process is initiated.

KF is the online store that sells attar fragrance products, which is for its customers’ personal use. Every order is freshly processed and packed. As a policy, KF will not accept any cancellation once the order is shipped or any return once delivered. While KF makes all efforts time to time, to enhance contents on its website, that gives a fair idea about its products. KF believes that information made available to its customers, ease out their purchase decision.

The order placed on KF website is free to cancel before KF ships the product. In any case the cancellation is not allowed when the product is shipped.

Once the order is cancelled by customer, KF processes the refund and it takes 5-7 days for customers to receive.

Replacement is allowed in the following conditions. KF provides free replacement within 10 days of the intimation received from its customer.

• Customer receives a wrong product
• Customer receives a damaged product

Customer shall keep the wrong or damaged product in the original packaging, and to hand-over to the deliver agent at the time of receiving a free replacement.

KF will communicate with customers about their orders through any of the following modes, email, SMS and Phone call. Customers are requested to provide valid email address and telephone and/ or mobile number while registering, or while contacting KF.

When you visit the site, placing an order, contacting through contact forms, WhatsApp, or send e-mails to KF, you are communicating with KF electronically. KF may respond to customers by e-mail, SMS, or by posting notices on the Site. You agree that all such notices, disclosures, and other communications that KF provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements.

“Forced Majeure” means any event due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of KF, including, without limitation, unavailability of any communication system, sabotage, fire, flood, earthquake ,explosion, acts of God, strikes, lockdowns, and/or industrial action of any kind, breakdown of transportation facilities, riots, insurrection, hostilities whether war be declared or not, acts of government, governmental orders or restrictions breakdown and/or hacking of the Website and/or contents provided for availing the Products and/or services under the Website,

KF shall not be liable for any failure and/or delay on their part in performing any of its obligation under this Agreement and/or for any loss, damage, costs, charges and expenses incurred and/or suffered by the User by reason thereof if such failure and/or delay shall be result of or arising out of Force Majeure Event set out herein. Such that event “Forced Majeure”, it is impossible to perform the obligations under the Agreement, or any other cause or circumstances beyond the control of KF, hereto which prevents timely fulfilment of obligation of KF.
